A floral arranging workshop co-hosted by hey freya and The Post Supply, led by the talented Meg Farrell.
In the summer of 2024, hey freya hosted an event with Maine-based creatives focused on creativity and the mental load. Guests included Alison Carrol of Wonder Valley, Ariela Nomi Kuh of ANK Ceramics, Annie Quigley of Remodelista, along with artists, interior designers and more.
hey freya founders Thara Vayali and Helkin Berg joined Post Supply owner Katie Bowes in conversation around thyroid heath, myths about proper hydration, and how one’s physical and mental health impacts creativity.
SADIE led the partnership with Post Supply, curated the guest list, oversaw the run-of-show, event set-up, and identified local, women-owned brands for food & beverage, including wine from Maine & Loire, The Cheese Shop of Portland, and LB Kitchen.
