01. Event Concept

We start with what our clients aspire to achieve—a celebration, a stage to share new ideas, or strengthened connection with communities, and work together on an event format that will best nurture this goal.

02. Event Design + Curation

Whether an intimate gathering or a large-scale production, we’ll plan your event from top to bottom, including venue selection, vendor management and communication, guest list curation for brand events, and lots more.

03. Event Execution

Our approach blends artful storytelling, intentional design, and immersive experiences, ensuring every event is as personal as it is unforgettable. We’ll be on-site day-of, overseeing your event from start to finish.

  • One-hour strategy session to define event format, on-site activations and branded moments for clients that don’t require full scale event production. 

  • ShopMy management including discovery, list curation, gifting, paid opportunities and communication. Kitted giftings for product launches or ongoing, monthly seeding, including list curation, handwritten notes, packaging + shipping for unique, personalized giftings. 

  • Curated influencer lists for IRL events, product seeding, journal/ blog profile features and more.

  • Strategy and execution for partnered events, giftings, giveaways, and product collaborations.

  • We love to produce intimate lunches and dinners, brand events, large conferences and summits, nonprofit and corporate events, and more. 

  • Yes! We're based in San Francisco, but regularly plan events outside of the Bay Area. 

  • We love bringing people together IRL and are not producing digital or hybrid events at this time.

  • Yes! Let's talk.

  • Yes! We work with a number of clients on a retainer basis for monthly product seeding, event management, list curation, and more.

  • For smaller (<50 guests) events, we love to start planning 2-months out. For larger events (150 guests and more) we ask for a 3-6 month lead time for planning.
