Klaviyo in Charleston

An intimate summer soiree, co-hosted by Klaviyo and founders Molly Fienning and Stephanie Summerson Hall.
In June 2024, Sarah worked with the PIVOT Projects team to produce a dinner bringing Charleston-based women-founders together to celebrate midsummer and introduce them to all the ways Klaviyo supports businesses and allows them to more meaningfully connect to their customers.
With PIVOT, Sarah created the moodboard for the dinner, secured and managed relationships with vendors including catering by chef Louise Rakers, rentals, photography and florals; led all guest invites and RSVPs, and oversaw all event logistics on-site including set-up and strike.
The dinner included a cocktail hour on the porch featuring Molly’s newest endeavor, Sipland, an online resource for NA drinks, and dining tables adorned with the most stunning glassware and cake stands by co-host Stephanie Summerson Hall’s company, Estelle Colored Glass.
As a result of the dinner, Klaviyo made important connections with Charleston founders, with many joining the Klaviyo platform post-event.
