A ticketed dinner hosted by Sur la Table held under a canopy of lights at Michelin restaurant, Charter Oak, run by acclaimed chef Christopher Kostow.
Sarah worked with the PIVOT Projects team to produce a ticketed fall dinner for their client, Sur la Table, to highlight both their tableware collection and raise the profile of their chef, Meredith Abbott.
With PIVOT, Sarah supported the event concept and creative direction, oversaw the event budget, secured and managed vendors including photography, videography, and florals; collaborated with the PIVOT design team on print assets, sourced and installed a photobackdrop with the Sur la Table logo, prepared gift bags, and provided on-site event coordination day-of, including install and strike.
